Food Safety Certification - CPCA is running the national food safety (NFSTP) course on the weekend of November 3 & 4, 2007. CPCA launches the 100 Mile Meal Event - a celebration of local eating.  During the month of September, personal chefs across Canada and in the USA will be featuring menus using ingredients from within 100 miles.  Check the project website and blog at www.onehundredmilemeals.net
